While you're welcome to tailor your presentation to your expertise, we encourage guest speakers to align their content with Rotary's values and areas of focus.

What is the format of the meeting, and when will I be presenting during the agenda?

Meetings usually begin with the guest speaker's presentation followed by club business and announcements. The entire meeting typically lasts about an hour but most speakers excuse themselves after their presentation.

What audiovisual equipment and technical support is available for my presentation?

We provide a projector, screen, and laptop for presentations. Please send your presentation in pdf format in advance.

Can I share promotional materials or resources with the audience?

Do you need any additional information from me, such as a bio or headshot, for promotional purposes?

Is there an honorarium or reimbursement for travel expenses for guest speakers?

Honorariums and travel expense reimbursements vary on a case-by-case basis. Please discuss your requirements with the club's program coordinator. But, we'll always buy your lunch!
