Riverbend Rotary Member Spotlight: Matt Kotzamanis

This month’s Riverbend Rotarian Spotlight is Matthew Kotzamanis, a loan officer with Liberty Bank at their Godfrey location, where he helps area residents with their mortgage and personal loans.

Originally from Chicago and now a Bethalto resident, Matt graduated from Hall High School in Spring Valley, as well as from Millikin University in Decatur. He and his wife, Brandy, have two children: John, a junior at Civic Memorial High School, and Lacy, an ER nurse in Texas. His hobbies include hunting, fitness and rooting on his son playing CM Eagles basketball and baseball!

As an active member of the Bethalto Kiwanis and a founding member of Riverbend Rotary, Matt understands that community service and volunteerism are investments in both communities and people. “Giving back to the community is important to me.

“And our focus on children and elderly are important focuses of our organization.”
